New Product Launch

Payfully, NYC. 2019

The Goal

During my time at Payfully, a company providing capital and liquidity services to real estate agents, I tackled the challenge of designing the product from scratch. Our objectives encompassed:

  • Launching a website: Prioritize transparency regarding rates to ensure users quickly grasp the competitive advantages of our low rates.

  • Implementing a seamless login or registration process.

  • Developing user onboarding to facilitate the easy initiation of commission payment requests.

  • Designing a request form: Streamline the process of capturing contract details and application information by simplifying the form despite the multitude of required fields.

  • Establishing a referral program to enhance word-of-mouth marketing.

Website

  • Launch a website: be as transparent as possible with the rates. We want the user to get an idea of our rates as soon as possible, since our low rates are one of our main benefits.

  • Allow login or register.

  • User onboarding to start requesting commission payments easily.

  • Request Form: we need to get the contract details on first applications and then the application information. The form will have many fields and we need to make it as simple as possible.

  • Referral program to spread the word.

  • Branding pieces such as: Invoice, business cards and pagers.

Request Form

This was the flow devised to collect the necessary information for requesting an advance, designed to be completed as quickly as possible and perceived as brief as possible, considering the level of detail required in the responses.

Dashboard

Within the dashboard, users could track requests, initiate new ones, view account balances, and access other pertinent details.

Invite a friend

In the referral program, users needed to be able to share by listing emails, sharing a unique link, or via social media. They also had to be able to track their referrals and receive payments for them.

Mobile version

The screens had to be responsive to adapt to smaller screens, including iPads and mobile devices.
